ornamental horticulture industry. Project: The OHC actively solicits contributions to the Ornamental Horticulture Endowment Fund it established at the University of Maine in 2003. |

Work toward greater collaboration among the sectors of the ornamental
horticulture industry. |

Increase awareness of the ornamental horticulture industry's size
and scope. Project: Using data from a New England-wide survey that the OHC partially funded, OHC members continue to educate the public and private sectors about this industry. |

Promote greater visibility of Maine's ornamental horticulture industry. Project: OHC recently added an exciting interactive component to the display booth it uses at public events: a computer kiosk with touch screen that educate both industry members and home gardeners who visit the display.. |
